Hailing from the vibrant city of Winnipeg, and with over a decade informed by living in the sub-arctic climes of the Yukon, Patrick's musical journey began at the age of six. As a singer-songwriter and pianist, he’s woven tales inspired by life's contrasts and diverse landscapes.

His musical canvas reflects dual passions—poetry and melody. Having released two albums of songs, 'As Constant As the Northern Car' (2004) and 'Washed Out Roads' (2008), and with the new release of an album of instrumentals, 2025's 'Guilding the Lily,' Keenan has returned to his hometown and is making new music in his studio in Winnipeg's vibrant West End.

As a performing musician, Keenan has toured Canada several times and is itching to get back out there in the coming years. For now, he is working on releasing his extensive and as-yet unreleased back catalogue, including two cover songs released just in time for Christmas - Leonard Cohen's 'Dance me to the End of Love' and U2's bizarre number 'Lemon.' In the new Year, keep an eye out for his passion project 'Enthymemes,' a rock album in progress that he has composed to the poems of Yukon writer Peter Jickling. Two singles are already available here and on all streams.
